  • In my opinion, Vingroup was known for upholding its values and maintaining a relatively positive reputation, as it has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
    • Obviously, doing business cannot avoid scandals, but there is little of Vingroup’s scandal shown on the Internet due to the company’s immediate responses and solutions to the scandals.

    Internal Investigation: to gather facts and evidence related to the alleged violation. 
    Disciplinary Action: can range from verbal or written warnings to suspension, termination of employment, or legal action if the violation involves criminal behavior.
    Remedial Actions: include implementing new policies or procedures to prevent similar violations in the future.
    Reporting to Authorities: cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of the responsible individuals.
    Reevaluation of Policies: to review and strengthen its ethics and code of conduct policies to prevent future violations.

Vingroup harmonize corporate goals with community contribution: 
    • Convert Vinmec, and Vinschool into non-profit models
    • Invest in Vineco’s high-tech agriculture with the goal of bringing safer food to Vietnamese people.
