This quotation demonstrates that the monster is capable of experiencing happiness and joy, but that he is often unable to express these feelings due to his appearance.

This is supposed to be about how the Monster feels pain-- a common human emotion. The quote is on target but your explanation of it is not. 


 "My heart was fashioned to be susceptible of love and sympathy, and when wrenched by misery to vice and hatred, it did not endure the violence of the change without torture."(229, chapter 24)

This passage demonstrates how the monster is greatly affected by the injustice and rejection he encounters from others and how his suffering motivates him to behave violently. All things considered, these quotations show that the monster is not a simply evil or inhuman thing, but instead one that feels pain, sadness, and complicated emotions much as a human being might.

This quote describes the feeling of loneliness the monster feels once he notices that he is completely on his own. like humans he longs for another emotional connection, aside from victor by self sabotage rated a bubble that drew himself away all of his family to purse his experiment that he has now escaped and ab banded as well. -- this does not make sense.

-- the quote shows that the monster has awareness of his existence, which I would argue is the first step to being human. He is physically comparing himself to those around him and this makes him question whether or not he is actually one of them. It speaks to his humanity because these are thoughts about where he fits into the world and what his purpose is, which are questions that humans naturally have

-"I am alone and miserable; man will not associate with me; but one as deformed and horrible as myself would not deny herself to me. My companion must be of the same species and have the same defects. This being you must create." (146, Chapter 16)


The monster's intense loneliness is evident in this quote, as is his need for connection and companionship. He feels that if he had another person who could relate to his experiences, he wouldn't feel so isolated and perhaps even find some comfort. Due to his loneliness, the monster seeks out Victor and asks him to make a female partner for him. When Victor declines, the monster becomes angry and feels betrayed.

this quote explains why the monster is doing all of these horrific things like killing victors baby brother. He tried to warn him about how his lack of love and companionship will impact his actions and he didn't believe him until he finally acted on it. in this case you have to think of the monster as a young kid stuck in a monster's body, he doesn't know how to handle his emotions and once confronted with them he acts out and in this case his actions remained permanent. Overall, he did it to get his feelings out there and finally get some attention from Victor whether it was good or bad.

The quote is about his love for the cottagers. You need to focus on what you are trying to prove, not on what happens elsewhere in the story.

These chapters portray the monster's grief, self-reflection, and longing for acceptance and love. Despite his heinous actions, the monster is not primarily wicked; rather, he is a creature that was created in a brutal and violent planet. Most humans can connect with him because of his need for love and friendship, which is a reflection of his basic humanity. The monster is ultimately driven toward hopelessness and violence by his inability to experience love and acceptance.

Again, this second quote is not on target with what you are meant to be proving. You are meant to show that he is capable of love and this quote is just a plot point.

The Monster is shunned from the word and is automatically judged because of his looks. he is rejected from humans because of his harsh features but the only person that treated him like a human was a blind man. he is only seen as a criminal because of that and a prime example is how no one overlooks Victor because he looks normal but over all has worse morals than the monster. once he was put into the world it was already everyone against him, he is a normal human on the inside but his outside is what's misunderstood.

You are supposed to be showing how the monster's anger and despair proves that he is more human than Victor-- this first quote is showing his anger at his situation, in particularly his unfair treatment by others-- this shows both his emotions and also his understanding of what is right and wrong-- which make him human .


"I am malicious because I am miserable. Am I not shunned and hated by all mankind? You, my creator, would tear me to pieces and triumph; remember that, and tell me why I should pity man more than he pities me?" (147, Chapter 17)


The chapters highlight the monster's intense rage and desperation about his situation. Despite his own pure intents, he is tortured by his own existence and feared and despised by society. He makes repeated requests for compassion and understanding, but only receives rejection; as a result, he becomes more resentful and violent. The monster is eventually motivated by these feelings to carry out terrible deeds in order to exact revenge on those who have harmed him.

This is because the creature contains a number of essential characteristics that are frequently linked to humanity, such the ability to experience complex emotions like love, compassion, anger, and loneliness. The creature additionally has speech, learning, and reasoning abilities—all of which distinguish humans from other animals. In addition, the monster exhibits empathy and self-awareness, in contrast to Victor Frankenstein, who is motivated by his own ego, as he considers over his own experiences and tries to comprehend his place in the universe. In conclusion, while the creature may not be conventionally "human" in appearance or behavior, his capacity for emotion, reason, and self-reflection make him the most human character in "Frankenstein".
