Who Am I?

I'm Ma.Cristene D.Rasonable.

I'm 20 years old and I am an Industrial Engineering student.

I am a driven and passionate individual constantly striving to grow and improve. My identity is shaped by my experiences, values, and aspirations. As a student pursuing industrial engineering, I find joy in problem-solving and optimizing processes to create efficient solutions. I am analytical by nature, often seeking to understand the "why" and "how" behind everything I encounter.

Beyond academics, I am someone who values relationships and teamwork. I believe in the power of collaboration and learning from others' perspectives to achieve shared goals. Helping others is a significant part of who I am, whether it's assisting classmates, supporting friends, or contributing to my community.

I also consider myself resilient. Challenges and setbacks are opportunities for growth, and I take them as chances to develop strength and adaptability. My dedication to my goals and willingness to put in the effort define my approach to life.

At the same time, I am reflective and open-minded, always seeking to understand myself and the world around me better. While my career aspirations are a big part of my identity, I am also shaped by my hobbies, my family, and my dreams for the future.

In essence, I am a work in progress, constantly evolving with every experience. My journey so far has taught me that who I am today is just the foundation for who I will become tomorrow—a person committed to making a meaningful impact.

Facing the fear of failure and growing from it.

My Biggest Fear

My biggest fear is failure. As an industrial engineering student, the pressure to excel academically and professionally is constant. There is a fear of not meeting expectations, whether those set by myself, my professors, or the future employers who will one day judge my abilities. The thought of falling short of my potential or not being able to solve problems to the best of my ability causes anxiety. I fear that I might not live up to the ambitions I have for myself or disappoint those who have supported me.

However, I also understand that failure is a part of the learning process, and while it is daunting, it is an inevitable step in my growth. Despite the fear, I try to remind myself that setbacks don’t define my future; they are merely lessons that guide me toward improvement. In a way, my fear of failure pushes me to work harder and be more focused, even as I strive for success.
