Classes that are focused on interview skills and cv building modules offered alongside the English ESOL learners. Employability courses and additional support.

- Learn Ealing are starting to work with care homes. Some people are stuck in the same job for many years so Work Ealing can help to enhance their careers and provide f the support they would need.

- Screening workshops. – directly with the employer to help them and Learn Ealing can provide them with those skills. Pre-employment courses and they were put forward.
