         <description><![CDATA[<div>Overall I believe that my classroom management strategy is based on a cohesive student-teacher relationship. I believe that it is important to create an environment where students have contributed to the rules and expectations so they can hold themselves accountable. I also believe that the classroom should follow a consistent routine in order to keep students on track daily to promote self-regulation as well as build a sense of responsibility. It’s also my belief that a management strategy should be flexible to classroom needs in regards to a special education classroom versus a general education classroom as well as specific student behavior. </div>]]></description>
