And now after two years of experiencing those dark times. News of pandemic coming into end or "Endemic" as what we call have errupted. Some countries even have gone back to their normal lives as what it used to be before the pandemic struck. But before we tackle about the Endemic we should know what Endemic really mean.

According to Claire Felter's research: A disease is endemic when its presence becomes steady in a particular region, or at least predictable, as with seasonal influenza. But there’s no consensus on the conditions for meeting this benchmark. By this broad definition, endemicity doesn’t necessarily mean a disease is rare or common, mild or severe. For example, infection rates can still be high; they just have to remain static. This is what the Epidemiologists explaination on what Endemic really is. 

So far the higher-ups is still discussing this. As they waited for the experts' conclusions regarding this matter. All we could do now is to be careful and mindful. We should wait for the World Health Organization's confirmation. And as we wait we should take more precautions to protect ourselves. We should get vaccinated and if possible take a booster shot for double protection not just for you and your family. But also for the community and the whole world.

Writing, on the other hand, can be extremely therapeutic. It may serve as a vehicle for us to convey our anxieties, hopes, and joys. It has the potential to assist us in making sense of the world and our role within it.


Furthermore, just because school facilities have been closed does not indicate that learning has ceased. The Internet carries different data and information of different websites and online company.

How does the  Internet become an enemy? 

It destroys the life of the youth  nowadays, a lot of people suffer depression, anxiety and trauma upon receiving hateful and mean words on the internet through social media. 6% of the world's population is now addicted to the internet which is approximately 420 million people. The Internet is a good thing but because of the society who ought to change it, they twist the situation. Internet powers almost  1.93 billion active websites and some of them are porn sites which really poisoned the minds of youth in this generation. 

People are having a hard time focusing on one thing because of the internet, it is because we practice our mind to think the way we want it to think. Humans nowadays live where social life is important, checking a good picture on Instagram, looking for more likes clicking notifications on Facebook where it falls to humans are controlled by the internet. 

Internet is a good concept relevant to our times today but looking on how it change the aspects of people around the world is so heartbreaking. People obey the commands of the internet. Internet is like a spider and it's websites are the web. it will attract you until one day you find yourself attached to those things and you can't let go of it.  we must practice to control our mind not our mind controlling us. It is the dopamine chemical that is inject to our brains into doing something and felling urge to do it. We become addicted to it not knowing not we have been bitten by it. 76% of the teens engaged on social media. according to studies the  internet is equivalent to cocaine addiction. People are getting  wild when they lose a game and even now the Internet is use for gambling. People are committing suicides, children on internet pornography  and Humans let other humans control their life and etc.

Internet is not a bad thing if we know how to control ourselves. Internet is a good product and we can learn something from it but we must not let it control us totally. Internet helps us specially  when this pandemic came it helps us communicate to our love ones virtually and it connects us to our friends. Use internet but in moderation.

Pregnancy can alter their plans after high school or during high school. Most importantly, teenagers should know that it is bad to have sex when you are a young girl. The risk of pregnancy is too high. Many girls can become a teen mom from get raped and end up being a teen mom so fast. When a teenager becomes a parent, it seems like there are no options. Teens need to be educated on the advantages of abstinence, what health risks come with having sex, and how having a baby will change their life.
