CONSISTENCY: Helps to educate the team about the new innovation and set expectations. Consistency will help guide the team day-by-day on evaluating the potential innovation's implementation. Also, each team member would be treated fairly and everyone would be up to date on the evaluation process and ongoing expectations.

INCLUDER: Helps to involve others in the evaluation process, and potentially after. As the team is evaluating this new intervention, each member will have unique perspectives. Being an includer will help me accept each member's thoughts and make the evaluation process a truly collaborative effort.

Alice the Achiever: She will serve the team well by setting the expectation for work ethic. She will be able to spend a good amount of time on evaluating the intervention, its pros, and cons. Essentially, her achiever strength will help to put in the necessary time to learn everything about the intervention and see how it applies in our work setting.

Angelica the Analyst: She will help the team by intricately evaluating the potential innovation. She will see the logical benefits and risks, can interpret the literature regarding the innovation, and thoroughly assess things that might get over-looked. She can apply this innovation to the current processes and see ways that it might benefit and hinder the current practice.

Randall the Responsible: He would help keep the team accountable in evaluating the technology. He would help to make sure the team accomplishes the goals it sets out to do.

Matthew the Maximizer: He would help get the absolute best out of the group's efforts. He would be detail-oriented and help elevate the team's performance.
