Resolve any customer complaints by being friendly and courteous, lookup parts that are needed to perform the service. Save and tag warranty parts or cores for return to vendor. Advise your manager if anything is broken or needs to be repaired, always be safe! which are over things like Engine Repair, Automatic Transmissions, Manual Drive Train, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electronics, Heating and Air Conditioning, Engine Performance, Light Vehicle Diesel Engines, Auto Maintenance and Engine Light Repair, Advanced Engine Performance Specialist, Electronic Diesel Engine Diagnosis. Overall these tests have around 800+ questions when put together.

To own a business isn't as simple as it seems, after all dreaming costs nothing but effort does.
Must be ASE Certified- How are you gonna be trusted to work on a car if you're not certified to work on it?
Don't go bankrupt- Plan ahead and have your money ready, whether it's a loan (don't get one) or you have saved up over the years
There's about 16 ASE certifications, and you need to choose whether you want to be specialized in one thing or everything but doing that requires more money invested into tools & equipment which sometimes is hard for an up and coming business.
Get the word out- you need to have your clients built up or have someway to get some
Having your equipment ready and the proper equipment like lifts, diagnostic machine's, the right tools, and in my case a dyno.
