Especially for kids going to a college they know no one at, it helps them to meet new people. It helps with their social and emotional wellbeing. In my kids, I have seen them step outside of what is comfortable for them and have seen them gain confidence I have never seen from them before. Joining clubs also helps you make connections that could benefit you later in life not only with gaining new friends, but also possible career connections."

Parent #2: "Sports clubs offer a student the ability to play a sport they love, stay active, enjoy competition, meet new people and represent their university. It can offer them leadership experiences and the lessons learned from that can benefit them for the rest of their life's.
