I learnt that there are many ways in which we can become better instructors, especially in the way we say things to our children and how we may say them. Also that there are many ways to capture a student's attention and get them engaged in school and their learning.

I really enjoyed and learned a lot in this course. I learn how to deal with students' behavior in a proper way without harming their feelings. And that the physical of the class really impacts the learning of the students.

I have learnt a lot, when it comes to becoming the ideal educator for my students. I enjoyed learning about the different layouts of a classroom and what type of educator I deem myself to be. I truly enjoy writing my classroom management plan, not only did it encourage me to apply what I had written to my everyday classroom activities, but in a way, it acts as a reminder, a promise of some sorts that as an educator these are the processes I need to do and believe in.
