I was ready for a little break. However, when I read this course description, I knew this course would aid me in my day-to-day work. As the ESL instructor, I have always worked very closely with our staff members to meet the needs of these specific students. I have found the biggest impact we have made on their (ESL students) achievement has been reflection. This is proof reflection is a valuable tool. It promotes growth which assists us reaching our goals and striving for more. This is what our students deserve.
