The purpose of this information is to show the home manager the average weekly income and the average amount spent on weekly expenses which will therefore help the home manager in the operating and managing of the property and help them ascertain areas in which they can make changes i.e. transport.

Privacy, confidentiality and security can be breached during the creation and distribution of the information package in a number of ways such as if information within the information package has been distributed via email accidentally to recipients who are not privy to said information. Also if the computer in which the document(s) are housed on does not have an anti-virus software installed, if a malicious email has been opened on the computer than this could compromise the document(s) within the information package.

The chart shows the approximate percentage spent on each category. For instance almost 50% of the weekly income is spent on housing and utilities.
