The girls would preform weird acts like wave (casting) the spell in front of a fire. some would run a round and dance naked. Some would even drink blood from a sacrifice by a animal or baby.

This is a picture of the girls point to a "witch". This started when the girls with Tituba where accused of being witches themselves. To get out of this they began to blame other people who already had a reputation. This worked at first but the fame would get to the heads of these girls and things would later get out of hand. They would later on accuse others for more fame like men and higher class women.

They don't know if they would make it or not so they try to live very strict righteous lives. This would result in them holding anger and lust in from the others because they wouldn't want to be seen as evil or as a sinner.

this is a picture pf the jails. This is where the accused watches would be sent. they would wait long periods waiting to be trialed. In the jails they would usually be treated harshly and not well. A girl even would profess to being a witch just so that she could be in jail with her mother. If confessed of doing witch craft and repenting you would be set free.
