Inquiry learning is constructed in a way that is differentiated or that is specific to the needs of each learner within the classroom. In my community, students and teachers are encouraged to recognise and support these attributes with everyone in our community. 
The learner profile has a common focus: on the whole person, as a lifelong learner. It applies to us all – student, teacher, parent as we are all continually learning.
