This was a way for them to be able to get service in restaurants, bars, and clubs and not be denied just for being gay.</div>]]></description>

Talks about many people having a strong attachment to the Stonewall Inn, like, young gay teenegaers and adults between 16 and 25, that came there without jobs, money or contacts, as well the "drags“ and “queens”, two groups that were not really treated fairly and equally in other gay bars and clubs, and started to become “regulars” at the Stonewall Inn.</div>]]></description>
