Cynthia should apologise first. She was completely distracted and unaware during breakfast even though she knew she had to leave soon with her husband. Furthermore, being married with him, she should have already known he was a bit of a clean freak and should have at least attempted to try and keep her desk orderly. She should apologise first as he attempted to mediate the situation before losing his cool in the end which a percentage of the group admit that he could have tried to lessen the tension by not shouting.

the woman is the problem because she caused the problem by wasting time in the morning when Jared was in a rush, spilled drinks on his Jared and never clean up after herself. But Jared fall for her 10/10 ragebait so he should see when sugar apple on stock

Cynthia was being unreasonably inconsiderate and despite her repeated inconsideration towards Jared, he was still patient until he lost his marbles. Cynthia’s apology was also not sincere and made the atmosphere more tense.

They should both apologise at the same time, there’s no right or wrong answer, either one of them should initiate the apology. That is because in a marriage, your partner is also your best friend and y’all live under the same roof. Sooo it is better for both to realise their own mistakes and they can try to talk it out over a cup of coffee or food.
