A shadow is made when something blocks the light.

A shadow happens when the sunlight goes through your body and makes a shadow.

Some shadows cast darker than others is because for darker ones its in the morning and afternoon and for the others its like at noon.

I’ve seen so many examples of shadows. For example, whenever i go outside for recess, i see my shadow. Another example is that whenever i go out with my family to go to the park or go for a walk, we all see our shadows. Shadows are everywhere.

The shadow gets darker depending on wether the object is Opaque, Transparent, or Translucent.

What causes a shadow is when something is blocking light rays then forms a shadow?

Some objects of shadows are darker than others because it depends what time they day is or the the brightness of the sunlight.

Opauqe objects make better shadows, more dark and clear.

Shadows move throughout the day because the sun changes its position. That’s because when the sun move the shadows move because shadows are made out of light

Shadows seem to move throughout the day, at morning it points towards the east and at noon it points north/south. At the afternoon it points toward the west.

I could measure the shadows by first putting a mark by my feet and head.

I will measure the shadows by using a measuring tape.

I will recorded my shadow three times once in the morning once in the afternoon and once in the evening.

I will share my evidence by comparing the three heights I get.

You can you use a lot of objects for a shadows but one thin you can use is a glue stick.

You can get a pice of paper a trace the shadow.

You can measure the shadow by getting a ruler a see how long the shadow is.

1. This happens because the sun goes east to west so its going like its moving. One is that when the sun rotates, time changes like at noon the shadows was shorter and in mornings and afternoons, they get longer.

The earths rotation affects shadows is that it does that when time changes so whenever you’re standing in front of the sun it makes a shadow.

We will use a ruler or some measuring tape so we can do some measuring.

And three we’ll be recording in some paper and we will see that our shadows getting shorter and longer. We can use objects so can make some shadows.
