Our team provide support for children, young people and their families across Flintshire, Conwy and Denbighshire who are exposed to substance misuse whether in the home, school or socially.

We will see young people wherever is best for them.

Staff deliver educative sessions in schools, youth clubs and other services.

1-2-1 sessions can be offered in a location to suit the young person.

2. Who have a need for the services on offer and have consented to a referral being made.

3. Whose children may benefit from improvement in family circumstances.
