         <description><![CDATA[<div>Atoms contain protons, neutron, and electrons. Protons have a positive electrical charge while electrons have a negative electrical charge. Neutrons have no electrical charge. Protons are located in the nucleus along with the neutrons. Electrons are located in the outer shell also known as the valence shell. The mass number is equal to the number of protons and neutrons in the nucleus which helps identify the element in the periodic table.</div>]]></description>
