This photo really helped me understand what Chigurh was using in the book. This photo and the explanation on page 106 when bell tells Torbert what a Pneumatic gun is used for helps give a visual for the story.

I just thought it was very funny to bring up something that would be a reasonable situation. The man sitting in the driver seat of the car almost dead asking for water, I thought it was very interesting to include this, but something so simple that I take for granted because I have access to it everyday just made me think about what else I take for granted.

I think that if I stumbled upon that great amount of money like Moss did, I wouldn’t take it simply because something bad has to come out of that much money just laying around in the middle of no where like that and with that many guys dead. I’d pick my safety over money. Is that just me? Or would you take it too?

I found it very interesting that the man that was half dead in the truck insisted that Moss close the door of the truck as if he was afraid he’d get eaten by a wolf or any other wild animal out there if he was already half dead. I feel like that’s ironic in a way just because of his situation.
