There are about 6-11 students that show up and they are given snacks, then they go upstairs for 20-25 min of academics where they either do homework or read. After that, the remaining time is either a craft or an activity or a game.


Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm - 5:00pm


Where: Grandview Court (1380 Grandview Ct)

Join the Downtown Carlisle Association for two Spring Clean-Up Days in Downtown Carlisle. Help give downtown a fresh look for spring! Clean up will take place on Friday, April 24th from 9am - 12noon AND on Saturday, April 25th from 9am - 12noon.

Volunteers should meet in the front of the Carlisle Borough building located at 53 W South Street for equipment and street assignments. Please park on the street. Do not park in the Borough building parking lot since there will be events happening on those days. 


Please bring your work gloves and gardening tools if you have them.

This is one of their largest fundraisers, and all funds support UCP and their mission.


Details:

Friday (6/19) - meet at the Carousel pavilion at FNB Field (245 Championship Way, Harrisburg Pa, 17101) at 11:00am to unload our truck and set up tables with the UCP Staff. This ends when we are finished, around 3:00.


Saturday (6/20) - - Meet at the Carousel Pavilion at FNB Field (245 Championship Way, Harrisburg Pa, 17101) at 1:00pm to be a runner (get items to their new owners), and tear down with UCP Staff.  Again, this ends when we are finished, around 4:00.
