We also learned that the the trainings are aligned so that there are no neglecting of children will occur. 
Our vision is to implant professionalism in teachers and ensuring that each child develop progressively. 
Our mission is to ensure the educators grow, teach and guide the children. Adding to that, educators are set to be role models for the children as they will look up to their educators.

The mission of the NIEC is to develop the abilities of early childhood educators to nurture, inspire, educate and care for every child, while its vision is to become the leading institute for early childhood educators, inspiring excellence in practice.

The values of the NIEC is respect, integrity, care, collaboration and excellence.

Something new that we have learnt from the NIEC website is the existence of part-time courses avaliable for uptake, including for the teaching of Mother Tongue languages to pre-schoolers.
