         <description><![CDATA[<div>We multiply decimals to find how much money you pay per year if you are paying rent for something.<br>1) Line your numbers up from the digit from the far right.<br>2) Multiply each digit on the bottom to each digit on the top from the right to the left.<br>3) Add the products together.<br>4) Count up how many digits are behind the decimals from your factors. <em>In your final product count that same number of digits going towards the left.          <title>Dividing Decimals</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We divide decimals so when we share things like money with our friends, we each get an equal amount.<br>1)  You need to figure out how many times you need move the decimal in your divisor to where you have a whole.<br>2) In order to maintain equality, you have to move the decimal in the dividend the same number of places that you had to move the decimal in the divisor.<br>3) Rewrite the equation using these new values.<br>4) If you have a decimal , move it up so you don't have to worry about it later.<br>5) Do the division problem just like you would without decimals.</div>]]></description>
