I am writing to express my shock when first hearing that you are canceling the greatest TV show of all time, Friends. A TV show that totally needs a continuation because the way it ended was not good so me and the other fans deserve a better ending. 

As soon as I heard about the cancelation, I told people on twitter to send you an email for don’t cancel the TV show, which means that in just a few days you’ll have a full email box. 

The TV show is very successful, it has won a lot of prizes, it really leveraged the actors careers,  so I just have one question: why are you canceling it?  

I have seen that the show is being canceled because it has come to a moment that the friends aren’t a family anymore, they have started their own, which leads to the end of the show. So, actually, that ends chapter one, it should have chapter two where they are with their new families, resulting in “Friends 2”. There’s your solution to make a whole community of fans happy.

We are writing to express our displeasure with your decision to close the cafeteria. So many students and college workers need this service every day. If the cafeteria closes, consequently they will need to eat in the expensives restaurantes around the college.

The cafeteria offers affordable meals. Many people can’t afford to buy meals in the restaurantes, therefore they need the benefits to eat and continue in college. And as you know, some college courses are full-time, therefore it’s really difficult to work and study. As a result, they won't be able to stay studying.

We understand that there is a lack of financial support, but why close this important and useful service?

In addition, if you really need to close the cafeteria, microwaves could be made available and the University can make agreements with the restaurants near the campus to allow the university internal comunity buy their meal at an accessible price.

I am expressing myself through this letter to express my deep concern about the intention to close the cafeteria.

Since I joined the university, three years ago, the cafeteria has been an essential place, not just for strengthening social ties, but as a support mechanism for those who work during the day and study at night.

It is true that the fact that our university is public and the country's economy is sinking, contributed to a decrease in movement in the place, due to high prices. However, if the intention to close the cafeteria comes true, everyone will lose out. Employees will lose their financial support and the entire academic community will lose a great place to socialize and have coffee or even a quick lunch between classes to help with concentration.

Instead, if the university could form some kind of partnership with the cafeteria, it would minimize the losses for everyone and the university society could once again benefit from the support.

We are writing to express our opposition to the resolution to close the College restaurant. Every day many students use the restaurant for their meals. So if the closure does happen, it will therefore directly affect the students who depend on that location. Resulting in low productivity and delays and even missing classes.

So we would like to know what were the reasons for this measure and why the students were not consulted? This decision is an act of disrespect towards students.

There are many companies interested in taking over the restaurant, it would be a great option for the college consequentely, it would not affect the students and for the college it would be less work.

Dear Director of the State University of Londrina

Through this letter, I express my deep indignation at the closing of the University cafeteria.

The cafeteria is of vital importance within the University, strengthening the bonds of fellowship and friendship and providing the possibility for students who work during the day to be able to eat at night.

It is a well-known fact, known to all that public universities in our country are going through major economic problems. With the fact that the classes are online, due to the Covid pandemic, there has been a big decrease in local movement, but I believe that soon we will have a return to normal activities. Closing the cafeteria would generate unemployment and leave students without the possibility of eating before or after school. It would be a great loss for all parties involved.

My suggestion to avoid closing would be to form a partnership or even rent the facilities for a restaurant or snack bar, so everyone would win.

I hope that decision is changed and that the cafeteria is not closed.
