She also went into depth when mentioning what was an unhealthy part of her favorite dish. Instead of just writing the ingredient that was not healthy, she listed what substitution would be good option to replace that unhealthy ingredient, and how she could make the dish more nutritious.

On the padlet ''What is your favorite meal and what are two nutrients that the meal is missing?'', I personally am impressed with the padlet Shelsea wrote about salads not being as healthy as people think. She is right about salads containing greens, but sometimes not enough. If the manufacturers would add more healthy greens rather than the croutons that aren't so healthy, the meal would be as healthy as people think i tis. I like how she described exactly what is wrong with the meal, and I like how she described how certain other foods would be better.

I really like how Phillip gave examples about it instead of just saying it. I agree with him on the part where he said that girls feel like they need to have the "perfect" body. I also agree that social media, famous people, and magazines have a huge impact on girls. I like that he put a lot of thought and examples. In general i agree with him in everything he said. I do think it does lower self esteem.

It is a good snack food, just like popcorn and I like snack food. Reading about things I like brings me joy. I also know now that whenever I have a chimichanga, to always have something to balance out the potassium and vitamin D.
