1. Uno de los desafíos más importantes de un director es organizar su tiempo, dosificarlo de acuerdo a las necesidades que presente la IE. Siendo la más primordial, el logro de aprendizajes significativos en los estudiantes, direccionando las estrategias, recursos, materiales y humanos al logro de ese fin.
