They were very useful tools to be able to get my thoughts down quickly (speech-to-text), and to proofread my work while reducing eye strain (text-to-speech). Other strategies I can think of that could be beneficial to Sunny and Brian would be the use of audiobooks when they are conducting their research. Audible even offers narrated textbooks. Bryan would benefit as he could listen to the text as opposed to reading it, and Sunny could utilize the interactive features (pause, play, rewind, etc...) in conjunction with communication apps like Proloquo2Go to communicate ideas. -For reading issues: iOS has text to speech 
-For writing issues: Built in dictation 
-For motor skills issues: AssistiveTouch features lets your child customize hand gestures (such as gestures for zooming in and out). 

These are all great and exist on almost every device.

These devices work similarly to the iPhones "Siri" where they are voice activated and can answer questions, find information and interact with comparable devices. Bryan could benefit from utilizing one of these devices in the classroom to find information on the web or quick answers to questions.
