         <description><![CDATA[<div>When talking about self regulation I was easily able to notice that my mentee had excellent self regulation. He mentioned to me at the start of April about an assignment that was due at the end of April. He told me that he had already started coming up with ideas for his assignment and that he had started working on it. He told me that he was doing a little bit of work on it every night and that he was going to be done early. (Mentoring session #6 , April 11th 2018 ) &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When talking about personality types, I mentioned to my mentee what my personality type was (ESFP) I asked him if he knew his and he did (INTJ). He also said that he has a go with the flow type of personality. He told me that he had done the Myers Briggs test before.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My mentee seems to have an attendance issue.&nbsp;His teacher says that he often misses her class. I tried to get him to start coming to class. I told him my personal of experience of what happened when I missed a lot of my classes. Also his guidance counselor talked to him about attending our sessions but he does not seem to want to come.          <description><![CDATA[<div>When working in a group with other students, I noticed that the mentees have a hard time socializing. Some of them have eye contact issues, while others have issues with interrupting people or talking when it is not their turn.  Some mentees need to work on their tone of voice.
