         <description><![CDATA[<div>From my research, i would say that the Atkins diet sounds pretty good and seems pretty harmless. Really the only bad things about it that I could find where that limiting your fruit and vegetable consumption can deprive the dieter from  antioxidants that help prevent cardiovascular disease and cancer. </div>]]></description>
