Since the prologue of Romeo and Juliet they are already talking about how Romeo and Juliet are "star crossed lovers" and that their deaths were inevitable and always going to happen if they were to peruse their "love" for one another.

What the narrator is saying is that two people who were in love took their own lives because they couldn't live without each other. From the very beginning we already know that they die and they were always going to die. Star crossed lovers means that they are going against fate and going against what the starts are saying when they say they are in love.

In the book Say You Swear two people Ari and Noah fall in love but then one day Ari gets in an accident and loses her memory. She thinks she loves someone else, but she doesn't she won't let anyone tell her her memories, she must only remember on her own. after months and months of loss and heartbreak for Noah while Ari is living her "best" life, she finally remembers all her memories with Noah. so they were always supposed to end up finding each other again.

You People is about two people falling in love and getting married but struggling with spending the holidays with their family. With side side of the family being black and the other side being Jewish, coming from different backgrounds and strong beliefs with views that they don't really want to change the married couple constantly goes against what each others family is telling them. They struggle with trying to stay original to their culture and traditions, then end up getting divorced after a long time of losing this battle, but in the end their families realize how unhappy they were when they didn't have each other so they decided to through a surprise wedding for the two.

The Jonestown massacre was when a group of people drank Kool-Aid and then died because it was poisoned. They were in a cult and it was a movement to make a point, the official movement was called the People Temple Movement. they wanted to get rid of different social and economic classes and to get rid of discrimination against different races. This was cult was a thing from 1954-1978 and the cult leader was Jim Jones

In If He Had Been With Me Autumn spends her whole life being in love with Finny, but its never the right time for them. either she is dating someone or he is. In Final Destination, Alex gets a vision from the future, the plane that him and his classmates are all on, he starts freaking out and since he was causing a public disturbance he got kicked off, a few other student s and two teachers also got off with him. as the police tried to calm him down they all watched in horror as Alex was right and the entire plane exploded. from there on out they all had death coming for them. they all cheated death and were now at the top of his list. Alex finds a new way each time to beat his odds and stay alive while everyone else except him and Clear die. Clear only lives because she puts her self in a mental hospital with not contact from the outside world. And for a while both Clear and Alex survived, they didn't let their fear of death get in the way. Until it did.
