         <title>Yoga positions and stretches </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Materials: yoga mat or a carpet, yoga cards if you have them..<br><br>The most basic position and stretches include:<br><strong>Palm tree</strong> - ask the children to stand with their feet together, up on their toes, while lifting their right arm up and left stretching down. Repeat with arms switched - remember to breathe!<br><strong>Seed to Tree</strong> - ask the children to start in a squat curling into a tight ball (like a seed), and then slowly growing into a tall tree.<br><strong>Shoulder circles</strong> - ask your students to roll their shoulders slowly up and front (squeezing high up to their ears), front, and back. Repeat several times and then go in the other direction. Remember to breathe.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Ask the students to listen to&nbsp; peaceful music, sitting still for 30 seconds. Ask them how they feel. Next, ask them to move with the music - how are they feeling now? You can repeat this activity using different music - always ask the children to reflect on how they have felt and has it changed depending on the kind of music they listened to<br>2. . <strong>Butterfly</strong>&nbsp; - ask the children to sit with their soles together. Ask them to flap their bent legs like butterfly wings. Next ask the students to check if they can lean forward and put their elbows on the floor.<br>3 <strong>Shake your sillies out</strong> - students focus on one part of their body at a time, starting with their heads, shaking it and then moving to the next part until they reach their feet. Ask how they feel?<br>4. <strong>Mind Yeti</strong> - an online-based program that helps your body to ground. Ask them to listen to the sounds outside, listen to the sounds within their bodies, ask them to focus on smells. Bring different materials ask them to touch, smell, notice differences. Ask students about what they can sense or feel.
