A 21 day notice is to be given in writing to to the Invesment team by the Tenant.

One the notice has been recieved by the IM Team, they will contact you to organise a vacate date. A letter also be sent to further confirm the date and any further information.

On vacate date, the keys are to be handed to your Investment Manager
Once we receive the keys on vacate date, we will conduct the final inspection and liaise with you prior to applying for the refund of bond to get your approval

An outgoing inspection

The property is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as your original ingoing inspection report.
We will also be recording the water reading upon you vacating the property and will determine the final water payment.
All smoke alarms will be tested to ensure they are in working order
