It is foul for a student to be yelled or to be assaulted for thinking that to have a gun Is bad because it is wrong for most people to have a gun if you think about it most people use it without protection.
So then that leads to someone getting possibly hurt or even dead!

I'm glad that they are supporting the victims that died during the school shootings and showing love to those who died. The school should've listened to what the children were sharing because it would've been a very good choice for them to do. I'm glad that other people are supporting the protesters and I hope that one day all of these mass school 
shootings will stop. Also I hope that every shooting will stop.

School shootings, are usually rare. They often happen when something bad happens, or the intruder is depressed or bullied OR aggressive about what happened, or the cause of the school shooting.

I think that they shouldn't have received detention because detention for protesting against school shootings? That wouldn't really make any sense, as their school could literally have a school shooting as well. Protesting against school shootings could also lower the chance of a school shooting at the school.

People are driven to do school shootings mostly students maybe the student was going through Anxiety or Depression or if their being made fun of it makes their aggression take over and make them cause a school shooting.
Anyway teenagers shouldn't posses a fire arm or any kind of weapon. Although they were punished they used that opportunity to make another chance to tell the school board that they should not be punished just because they were showing empathy for the students that lost their lives for the shooting. As student Sean Jenkins said " We'll stand up for what is right, regardless of consequences.Seeing fellow students around the country be killed by gun violence is heartbreaking." What these two sentences mean is that the students that participated in the protest is doing the right thing by showing respect to those who died by someone who was doing this  for no specific reasons.
