He would write the Napoleonic code, conquer Europe and spread nationalism. This would anger the other monarchs as now their power was threatened.

The Congress of Vienna was created to balance nations power and restore monarchy. It was led by Metternich a conservative. They wanted to keep nations in check so there wouldn't be another Napoleon. They would made Austria, Prussia, France, Russia, and Britain become the five powers of Europe which wouldn't end up working.

the Industrial Revolution started in England. It began after the British Enclosure act which didn't allow peasants to use formerly public lands so that way they were pushed to work in factories. The six major innovations were the steam engine, Spinning Jenny, Cotton Gin, Bessemer process, smallpox vaccine, bacteria and pasteurization. They were made by James Watts, James Hargreaves, Eli Whitney, Henry Bessemer,Edward Jenner, and Louis Pasteur. This helped mass produce items which made items cheaper but also a lot more factories showed up which would make the factory owners rich but the workers poor.
