Today I learned that media is a useful tool for getting a message across and make it easier and more understandable. If not overused it can become powerful otherwise it can spoil students.
Also my favourite media are videos since graphics and audio really help understand something better, for most people.
I enjoyed the different types of media that are vialbe for use in the classroom

Media helps people learn much faster.
Take advantage of media / social media and the ease of access students have for it to optimize your lessons.

Use media in class rocks.
I liked the apps but I think all is about knowing how to balance papersheets, books, apps, videos in order the students can comprehend the class, motivate to learn another language and BE on the class.

Use technology as a tool so it won't be a distractor.

It was a very interesting class! I specially liked all the new apps we got to know. It is surprising to know all the resources there are to help teachers plan more interesting and productive classes in which their students can have fun as they learn. :)

I learned new fun ways to teach English. I also learned that we have to be prepared in case the laptop or other device doesn't work ( in Mexico that happens a lot.

Use of media is more important than ever. Media is part of the daily routines of students. Media will help a teacher to teach the English language. It can help to engage and motivate the students. However, you need to be well prepared and make sure that you use media that is appropriate for the group of students that you are teaching. There should always be a purpose and clear objectives for the students .

okay, so, today was really fun. I got to know very cool apps to work with my baby students, kids, and even advanced students. Having technology beeing part of teaching seems like a handfull but it's not, it is awesome! I liked it very, very, very much. My favorite app was the video with the songs about the adjectives and nouns and pronouns, it is perfect for students, they tend to learn easier like that, sssoooooo I am very, very happy!!!

We learned that techonology is not something we have to exclude from the classroom, instead the teacher can integrate technologies to the lesson in a educative way, of course avoiding the distractions by giving them a purpose to all the activities that involve it.

This is a really nice way to teach and learn with gadgets we all are use to.

I love when we have classes this! I personally learn more when the class is interactive. When teachers go out of their way to think outside of the box and bend the rules just a little bit the class becomes more interesting. Today I am taking back more creative ideas to make my future clases more interactive and have the ability to teach the same lesson to students with different learning types. My favorite app was Kahoot since we can include what we have been learning and combine it with technology to get the whole class involved!

The use of media is important nowdays, but you have to know the age or level of your students, because you can not use some of the apps or social media if they are just begginig or they are too advance so you have to what to do with each class you have.

you always have to have a purpose to see a video, or play, etc.. and also how you are going to use it, for example a pre-activity and explain what you are going to do and what for.
