- The Winter's Tale - Summative Assessment: After the play, we were designated to read the play's script to analyze quotes and their meaning for context throughout the book. As well as this, we created our bold statements on the play, connected prominent global issues to The Winters Tale for future IO or HLE or Exam use, connections to literary theories, and connections to other literary works 5/7 (Sep 2nd - 12th)

- Individual Oral - Samples 1 & 2: To prepare for the IO, all students were asked to individually analyze two IO sample notes (outline). After analyzing, we would then listen to each IO while color ranking different segments of the IO (Introduction, body 1, conclusion). "Does the student introduce the global issue by firstly explaining which field of inquiry they are discussing", "Does the student consider who the intended audience", "correct length", etc. We would then grade them and then see their actual grades. On average, we graded the people much harsher than what they would have been graded as, knocking down 2 IB score points for both (IB score of 2 for the first sample, IB score of 5 for the second). In reality, the first outline received a 5, and the second was a perfect teacher-presented IO that would receive a 7.

- Draft Outline - Formative Assessment: A collection of two draft outlines. One is supposed to narrow down your topic and global issue into a usable statement for the main IO, the other is to draft a full conversation from beginning to end on the IO. I used the outline in particular to create a clear sense of how I will phrase and talk about my global issue 7/7 (Sep 12th - 18th)

- Practice IO: In groups of two, we were assigned to draft our own IO and present it to the class. This was to gain insights as to how the IO would flow in the actual interview 5/7 (Sep 22nd)

- IO - Official Outline and Extract Submission: The final step towards the IO, finalizing my 10 notes I will use during the IO, and choosing my literary and non-literary body of work to analyze through the text (Sep 26th - Oct 2nd)

- Homework - Record your Individual Oral before Wednesday's class: An actual rough draft of the IO, prepared before class to be given to separate people in order for them to give feedback on my IO, including potential improvements.

- Peer Feedback: My feedback on my Peer's IO's. One was slightly corrupted, but I managed to rate it carefully. I think (Sep 28th)
