Stage 2: Brainstorm 3 Alternatives - Some ideas I thought of to solve this issue are:


1.      Write up employees that are causing the issues with packaging.

2.      Provide better training to all staff that operate that line.

3.      Ask management to switch back to the old product.

 

Stage 3: Choose the Best Strategy - I think it would be best to go with option 2. Provide better training.

 

Stage 4: Explain Solution - If we provided better training to staff on the new product and how it should be packaged it may eliminate most of the errors.
