         <description><![CDATA[<div>The water particles in liquid phase have greater kinetic energy than when in solid phase. The particles vibrate and oscillate but remain in the bottom of the fixed space. When heated, the speed of the particles increased. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When heated further the speed of the particles increases, as does the kinetic energy overall. The volume of water is no longer fixed to the bottom of the space. Particles move off individually, increasing the pressure within the fixed space as shown by the pressure dial. </div>]]></description>
