<title>Family Integrated Unit Plan by Alicia DaSilveira</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/avd116/dobuqfnjrn0ktsy8</link>
<description>This unit explores the various make ups of families and emphasizes on the importance of the love that is shared within them. Not all families are made from the same genetics but that does not make them any less of a family. This unit works to combat and deconstruct the ingrained, heteronormative, mono cultural expectations of families. Within the implementation of these lessons empathy and understanding is displayed as we all experience different family circumstances and cultures that are to be respected and addressed in a compassionate manner. </description>
