The webinar event that we have done earlier for this course really shaped me into a person with great team-working skills, communication skills and also sense of responsibility (leadership skills). A passionate young leader graduated from one of the Ivy League Schools (an alumnus of Harvard School). She inspired many young female leaders including myself. She emphasize on the importance of communication skills, 'practice more on persuasive type of communication'- she said in one of her interviews. She also stress on the importance of English language, both spoken and written in order to be a leader in a multinational company. I hope more female to follow her path, be bold and be inspiring!
