         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes when you wanna do something you dream about you must push yourself to make a first step. You don't need to wait for opportunity, you must start doing what you interested in. People afraid of their failure but fail is normal. Only the one who does nothing is not mistaken. Failure give you expirience. Some people looking for approval but they don't get it. People can be different from you and&nbsp; does not share your views. But you&nbsp; can find a people similar with you and sharing your interests. Sometimes&nbsp;for that you move to another city or country. It's a big changes. But if you really want to make you dream come true it won't stop you. So make your first step!</div><div><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Expand your horizons every day! Our work and home are not all our life. We live in a very complex and beautiful world. Knowledge that we obtained at school and university is very simple and limited.<br>People often spend a lot of time on something useless instead of getting useful knowledge. And we often believe in all manner of nonsense because our knowledge is limited.<br>People believe in "useless vaccines" and don't think about how our immunity works and how vaccines help it. We believe in fake news and we can't disprove it with our knowledge. People believe 5G makes us ill and don't think about the frequency and length of radio waves (from school physics). People don't look for the answers, they blindly trust myths. And they are wrong.<br>If your horizons is small you will&nbsp; be cheated by somebody or you will make the worst decision in your life someday.<br>Don't wait for knowledge from nothing, move to expanding your horizons, move to getting new knowledge.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Tired of</strong> doing nothing to achieve your dreams? This advice may help you!</div><div>First, choose one of your dreams as your goal. Then imagine yourself and your daily life as if you have already reached your goal. What is it like? What do you do? What are the people around you, and so on? Then think about the step just before reaching this goal: what do you need to do to make it? You don't need to be very specific, you can think in terms of months, quarters, or even years. Repeat this exercise until you reach your current state, current year. For the nearest year and nearest step - break it down into smaller steps and tasks that you can check doing it/passing it. Then start <strong>going towards</strong> your first step. If the goal or step is very distant it can demotivate you because if you work very hard every day but see no results, you will not be <strong>satisfied with</strong> your progress and process. Always work towards smaller and nearest sub-goals (<strong>concentrate on</strong> them). Another technique is to replace tasks with processes: <strong>think about</strong> processes/exercises that you can do every day and week, that will bring you towards your goal. Even if you will be sick or have something urgent you can always do something small for your goal. If you <strong>work on</strong> something for 10 000 hours (it is about 5 years for 40 hour week) you will be definitely <strong>good at</strong> it. Also because you will accomplish something every week, you will be more motivated to continue, you will know what needs to be done and when. You will <strong>succeed in</strong> making your dreams true for sure!</div>]]></description>
