Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of groud almond.
2 cups of grated coconaut 
2 eggs.
1/2 of olive oil
Grated lemon peel.
Steps:
Heat the oven at 180º 
Mix all the ingredients
Make small balls and put them in a oven plate.

250g of butter. 
 150g of sugar.
400g of flour.
1 egg.
A little bit of salt.
1/2 cinnamon
Preparation:
Take the wheat flour and mix it until it comes out lumpy.
Put the dough in cold for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough.
Take a round mold and cut the cookies in the tray. Put the cookie tray in the oven at 180ºC for 10 min. Let cool and then you can eat.
