         <description><![CDATA[<div>I know why I need to explore  new tools for staff to learn as the traditional face to face training that has been on offer isn't achieving the outcomes clients and staff need.  Many staff have low educational outcomes (65% didn't go passed Year 10) and believe they are not able to learn. I do know, though, that working side by side providing practical demonstrations is effective and engages the staff in changing their practices and sometime their self confidence</div>]]></description>
