Milton West Elementary School is one of four elementary schools in the district. Our town is approximately 30 minutes from Madison and 30 minutes from the Illinois border. We have 288 students who attend our school. This school is a PreK - 3 Grade building. An interesting fact: Our town in known for the Milton House because it was part of the Underground Railroad. Our state experiences all four seasons. Currently, summer is ending and fall is beginning.

We live in western Colorado, about 20 minutes from the Utah border. The weather is mild since we live in a desert valley. We have all 4 seasons but not to any extreme. We rarely get heavy rain or snow. Right now the mornings are cool and you might need a jacket, like 55 degrees. But our afternoons are warm and sunny, at 70 degrees or above!

In our 2nd grade class we have 18 learners and 1 teacher. Our class has 9 boys and 9 girls.

Interesting facts: We are on our 38th day of school as 10/4/21. And our school mascot is the bears!

We go to school at Davison Elementary School. Our mascot is the Davison dogs. Our whole school is teamed up in "packs" that represent the colours of the medicine wheel. We have the Black Labs, the White Huskies, the Yellow Golden Retrievers, and the Red St. Bernards.
