The Congress of The United States should have a Senate and a House of Representatives.

The House of Representatives members should be chosen every 2 years by the people.

The Senate should be composed of two Senators from each state.

The Congress must hold a meeting at least once every year. The meeting should be the first Monday in December.

Each House should be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its Members.

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services.

Before a bill becomes a law it must be presented to the President.

The Congress should have the power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America

No citizen that wasn't born an American can be the president.

The President can be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, will be removed from Office because of Impeachment.

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be placed in one supreme Court.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Case.

Treason against the United States, should consist only in imposing War against them.

Full Faith and Credit should be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.

The Citizens of each State are entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union.

The United States should guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.

The Congress, if necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution.

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, should be valid against the United States under this Constitution.

The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, should be sufficient for the Establishment of the Constitution between the States.
