         <description><![CDATA[<p>I appreciate the wrap up pointing out that the book isolated leadership traits and characteristics for the sake of learning, but leadership itself is not done in isolation. It seems like a stronger word then I might use and I’m not sure how people always react to a leader “demanding”, however, I understand why it was included and how it can be used.</p><p><br/></p><p>I think letting things go was a theme throughout, though I find it a bit difficult at times to do so.</p>]]></description>
