Allow me to be sentimental for a few mins.

Today we celebrate you--for all the things you've achieved in this life. I hope you know how proud I am to be by your side, to learn from a mentor/friend as brilliant and kind as you. We all benefit from your light.

One of my fondest memories of us (na walang crushes involved char) was during the SM pitch. We were scared, not of the possibility of failing but of succeeding and getting the account. It meant we'll be pushed to grow and change beyond our comfort zones once again. But for what it's worth, we your kids are all confident that we can handle everything that comes our way because you inspired us to see the best in ourselves and each other. Thank you for looking out for each of us, especially in the ways we may not know about.

I hope you find peace, love, and light as you journey into your 30s. :) May you meet people who make your heart sing and encounter experiences that will make you fall in love with life more and more. May reality surprise you and be better than any of your wildest dreams. You deserve that much.

Hi Syd! So ang sad na wala tayong pictures together kasi never niyo pa ako namemeet in person HAHAHAHA, so I used my favorite C8 group photo. Sobrang di ko makakalimutan yung context ng picture na to kasi sabi ko everyone put their hands up tapos ipapakita ko yung semi-kal ko, tas when everyone was doing it na bigla ka sumali sa call, and without context ginawa mo nalang din to put your hands up HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA. Lakas ng tawa ko.🤣 So yun today we celebrate you and how much joy you have given all of us.

Today as we celebrate ~YOU~, I want to express po how grateful I am for you as a leader and mentor figure 💚💙

When this pic was taken, first day na first day ko sa trabaho and ininvite niyo ako ni Berna sa samgyup kahit Monday ahaha... pero I super appreciated it po bc this dinner (+ lunch with J and N at your place even before this) really made me feel welcome and at ease especially since medj naintimidate ako sayo during the interview tbh ahaha 🙈 From day one I could tell that you were the type of person who always had our backs, and I appreciate that you're able to bring out the best in each and every member of the team.

Happy 30th birthday to the coolest detective/CEO of Calibr8!

first of all, thank you for welcoming me in Calibr8 last April. when i was still in school, my mom would always say "humanda ka pag nag work ka na, kahit san ka pumunta, toxic yan kaya wag ka puro iyak" , but toxicity doesn't exist in Calibr8 and I choose to believe it's because of your guidance and how you take care of us all. also, I'm amazed with how you handle our problems so well and u act so cool po like batman and superman ganun... wow, when someone commits a big mistake or meron probs w/ our client, ito talaga yung mga moments na naiinspire ako, you deal with it looking so effortless yet so smart (huh tama ba ) basta ~ amazing ~thanks Tito Syd cause dahil sa napapakita mo sa amin, nagiging mas optimistic ako everyday and mas nagiging determined lang ako maging better DMA in Calibr8 :)

super plus points na yung may sense of humor CEO namin, really :) one of the reasons why I love Calibr8 is yung boss mismo, masaya kausap! thank you for making us laugh every kwentuhan sesh.

Now that you're 30, I hope you add more goals to your bucket list and sana matupad na lahat ng wish mo cause you deserve it!

Over the past year, I have learned many things from you (work and non-work related) and for that I am truly grateful. As your friend/employee, I can say with pure confidence that you are a kind, passionate, and extremely interesting person. I don't doubt that Calibr8 will one day be the organization we dream it to be under your leadership.
