There are many improvements which may arise through further exploitation of wearable technology. For example through imporved development one might be able to oversee his/her medical data through the use of such wearable technology. However the technology could also assist doctors and nurses by recording the patients health data which could be monitore or access in order to find the type and cause for a certain disease. This closer connection between patients and doctors will improve their relationship.

One can assume that at the rate at which computer technology is evolving nowadays, it can be assumed that within the near future, soon many doctors will become unemployment as computers will soon be able to replace humans.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/nhs/12122059/Technology-will-never-replace-doctors-but-they-must-embrace-it.html
:
http://fortune.com/2012/12/04/technology-will-replace-80-of-what-doctors-do/
:
https://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/21/sunday-review/high-tech-health-care-useful-to-a-point.html?_r=0

Medical Diagnose System, are artificial intelligences which use patients inputted data in order to calculate or estimate the patients disease. IBM`s Watson AI Persona is one example of a self studying technology which is able to create a reasonable estimations towards the exact patients disease.
The Advantages of using an AI based system to determine Patients diseases, could be that machine do not depend on opinion but instead give an answer within reason. It must also be said that through the use of ai systems the human engagement factor would be reduced, which could lead to less errors occurring, while also being able to accessible worldwide. However on the downside of things, so far artificial intelligence systems have not yet been developed far enough and can therefore be prone to miss interpretation and miss calculation of information, which could lead to inaccurate estimation.
