I can use this process to better understand how the different pieces of my painting can be more unified together. When I usually paint, I focus in different sections of the painting. But, with this I had to focus on the painting as a whole and building the layers all together. I used it to understand how an artist sees the stages of developing a piece. They must see the layers developed. I believe that this strategy helps encourage my view of appreciating how people develop and change over time. As people grow and change, their point of view, personality, and physical body change and grow as well.
