Doctors say people can do things to prevent heart problems like heart attacks and strokes. These are the main causes of death in the world.

A study by doctors in the USA and South Korea found that almost everyone who had a heart attack or stroke had at least one warning sign. Some major warning signs are:

·        Being overweight

·        High blood sugar

These problems can be reduced if people change their lifestyle. The best changes are:
